Welcome to Essential Oils for Pets!!

Hi I'm Karen, and I will be introducing you to many ways to utilize Essential Oils to help you and your pet. When I talk about essential oils, I am referring to Young Living Essential Oils. They are pure and are therapeutic-grade quality oils. I am an avid user as they have helped me greatly in controlling my asthma without the use of steroids.

Please meet two of my favorite pets. Tia is my first aid demo dog, a canine good citizen and a therapy dog. She is delightful and we will talk much about her. Rionna is my calico cat who had a pretty rough start as a feral kitten. One would never know to see her now.! I use oils on my pets, to help my foster pets and in my pet sitting business. Each blog posting will introduce an essential oil, provide tips for using essential oils, or help you find reference materials on how to utilize the oils. The essential oils I use can be used topically, ingested, inhaled, used in foods, in cleaning products or used in massage (the pets love this).

I will soon introduce you to the Raindrop Technique, the wonderful art of dropping specific oils along the spinal area combined with specific massage techniques. Your pets will show you how well this remarkable technique makes them feel and they will smell wonderful too!

These are remarkable oils and we will explore them together. As this blog grows, I will set up trainings that will expand your knowledge of essential oils and their myriad uses.
